Our Clients loved their home and its location in western Howard County but desired one-story living as they grew nearer to retirement. Additionally, their Kitchen needed updating and expanding, and they wanted to remodel many of their existing living areas to make them more functional for their changing needs.

The solution involved a complex combination of reconfiguring existing space, reassigning functions and adding on: constructing a first floor Master Suite and Laundry and a new Garage bay to make room for a riding lawn mower, converting a 3-season greenhouse room to a formal Dining Room, solving circulation problems in the Family Room and expanding the cramped Kitchen/Breakfast Room into the area formerly used as the Dining Room.

Along with a new front closet and Portico, these modifications provided our client with a much more comfortable and functional home that will work well for them through their retirement years.
