Screened Porch conversion to Sunroom
As part of a Kitchen and Breakfast Room remodeling project, we removed the back wall of the house, converting the existing Screened Porch into a Sunroom open to both Kitchen and Breakfast Room.
The whole area is now an open, eleant, light-filled space, conducive to relaxing and enjoying life.

Deck Conversion to Sunroom
A challenge with this project was preserving the code-required Bedroom exit window on the Second Floor above the desired Sunroom.
The solution consisted of utilizing a mansard roof with a railing matching the new lower deck railing, allowing for nine foot ceilings with transom windows for a spacious, light-filled room.
